Short description of project:
TalentZone is a web based talent hunting application for an enterprise. This application was build GUI in English language only. The newer version of application required the GUI in 4 different languages. The system was built in .Net framework 2.0. A highly scalable model was devised to achieve this task.

The design of the solution leveraged all the benefits offered by latest .net framework. Moreover the design was innovative and required minimum amount of code changes. Once the solution was implemented, then adding new languages was as simple as adding new resource files only, no code changes needed to be made. |
