Short description of project:
At Uch Power Trisoft developed an Enterprise-Wide Electronic Document Management System by providing design and development services for automating physical documents. Customized modules were developed for scanning and data entry of the physical documents. The solution was intended to transform physical workflow of the documents into the electronic workflow and to allow sorting of search results and the ability to attach multiple documents to a workflow.
Trisoft created an exact replica of UCH's manual file storage system, whereby electronic folders were created to replace physical files, sub folders were created within the electronic folders to replace separators that are placed within physical files, and electronic documents were stored to replaced physical documents within the separators.
