Short description of project:
HRXpert is a Windows based system used to manage job analysis, hob evaluation, job documentation, competency analysis and a variety of other HR related application. Trisoft developed the DCT, which is a web extension of the core HRXpert tool and shares the same database. The DCT's main function is evaluating jobs/positions using two types of tools:
1 Comparison
2 Questionnaire evaluations
The comparison evaluations help to evaluate jobs/positions by comparing against levels or slotting for each relevant evaluation factor. The questionnaire (a different format of the paper-based evaluations) allows managers to answer questions about the capabilities of various jobs/positions.
