Omar M. Malik: CEO
Omar Malik is co founder and CEO of Trisoft Consulting. He has over 9 years of experience in strategic technology consulting, offshore software development, energy and environmental consulting, and project finance. Omar holds a Bachelors in Finance from Georgetown University in Washington, DC and an MBA from INSEAD in France.

Usman H. Malik: VP Technology
Usman Hamid is a co founder, and VP Technology of Trisoft Consulting. His areas of expertise are software application design and development, offshore project management, energy and environmental consulting. He has been involved in defining technology roadmaps and development programs for Trisoft's products, and is responsible for the delivery of offshore software services. Usman holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Cambridge in England.

Brian L. Rincker: VP Projects

Brian L. Rincker is the US based VP Projects at Trisoft Consulting, and manages the client delivery of offshore software services. Brian has over 8 years of IT consulting experience, and his areas of expertise include .NET web application design and implementation, database design, modeling, architecture, and optimization, and Microsoft Server Technologies.  Brian holds certifications including Microsoft Certified Database Administrator, Microsoft Certified Developer, and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. Prior to joining Trisoft, Brian was a Consultant at Andersen Business Consulting.  He has served as technical lead on several projects in including a re-architecting of Arthur Andersen's Content Management System, the Creation of a Document Versioning and Project Management system at US Steel, and the implementations of .NET Web Applications at Sara Lee and other fortune 500 companies. Brian has also been a developer on implementations of Content Management and CRM applications at companies including Nestle and SC Johnson. Brian holds a BA in Computer Science and Business Administration from Illinois Wesleyan University.

Andre Davis - and Director Semiconductor Services

Andre has over 22 years of Semiconductor and Test Data Analysis experience. Having worked in the world's largest semiconductor manufacturing facilities, both on the production floor, and the design shops, Andre is well versed with the difficulties of ramping up yield, and minimizing defects. At Trisoft Consulting, Andre leads the yieldWerx Semiconductor Services division, and is directly responsible for the customer relationship management, and future vision of the product. He is also directly responsible for the design, development, and integration of third party tools with yieldWerx, and ensuring that yieldWerx stays ahead of the competition in the tightly controlled EDA market. Andre has a Bachelors and Masters in Electrical Engineering from University of Wales

Omar Rana: Project Manager

Omar Rana is a US based Project Manager at Trisoft. He brings over 15 years experience in the Software Development industry. His expertise in .Net, Java based application design, database designing and implementation, Microsoft SharePoint Application development and implementation and Software Consultancy. Omar has worked on many projects using latest technologies such as ASP .NET 2.0, ASP, HTML, XML, Web Services, SQL 2003/2005, Oracle, and Visual Studio. He has also act as Senior Software Consultant and a Lead programmer for TT Systems and COMCAST Cellular. He holds a BA in Computer Information System from and other training courses in .Net and Java Programming

Sanjay Dhar: Project Manager

Sanjay Dhar is a US based Project Manager at Trisoft, and has over twenty years of domestic and international professional experience in the information technology arena. His primary emphasis is on leadership, strategy development, solutions designing, large scale program/project management, process development and improvements. Sanjay has been responsible for internal IT processes improvements for off-shore facilities, including redefining timelines for new client management and improved internal reporting mechanisms. This included managing and negotiating vendor relationships as necessary for on-going development, training and support. Sanjay Dhar earned his BS, Engineering, M.S. at the University of Baroda, India.

Kevin Shockey: Project Manager

Kevin is a US based Project Manager at  Trisoft, with expertise in .Net technologies. Kevin brings over 10 years experience in Software Development, Project Leadership and Software Consultancy. Prior to joining Trisoft he has worked with Caguas PR and Cingular Wireless. Kevin has also act Software Development leader and a Technology Consultant with development, implementation and maintenance of applications. As of a Software Consultant Kevin has not only managed many projects, he is also responsible for manageing communication with clients. Kevin holds a BA in Computer and Information Science from Hood College, Frederick Maryland.

Jason Davies: Project Manager

Jason is a UK based Project Manager at Trisoft, with over 17 years of experience in Software and Web development industry. He also has vast experience of project management and planning, configuration management, producing and conducting factory and site acceptance tests, quality control procedures, and documentation production. Jason also offers full product support and training for all applications developed under his management. Jason has hands on experience in developing application for 3 Dimensional simulations, including real world physics, Equipment simulation/emulation/stimulation, Real-time data acquisition, Relational databases and data conversion, Audio stream programming and Encryption techniques.

James Reedholm

Jim has a quarter century of experience in the semiconductor business, working with IC manufacturers big and small, all over the globe. Most of that time was spent with Reedholm, a manufacturer of dc parametric test systems that are used primarily in process control monitoring (E-Test), dc final test, and test structure based reliability measurements. He has served as the exhibit chair for the Microelectronics Test Structure Conference multiple times, and also worked with the Fabless Semiconductor Association on a standardized wafer level reliability test vehicle. He particularly enjoys identifying, fostering, and growing synergistic new markets.Jim's career started while he was working his way through college in local restaurants in Columbus OH. This led to Jim being recruited by Chart House Restaurants to join their management program in San Diego, and to management positions at the two highest revenue and most profitable restaurants in the 64 unit chain (Dobbs Ferry NY and Philadelphia). It was here that Jim learned about managing, and the importance of customer satisfaction.Jim graduated from The Ohio State University, Columbus, OH with a BA - in Social and Behavioral Sciences. Jim and his wife live in Georgetown, TX. They have three daughters, two of whom graduated in 2012 (Texas State University and Texas Tech University) and a third who is attending Texas A&M.

Mark Brandemuehl

Mark Brandemuehl has a successful track record of marketing and sales roles at leading semiconductor capital equipment and semiconductor software companies, including start-ups and large public companies. In addition to his role as Advisor to yieldWerx, he is an advisor for Scanimetrics, Inc., an early stage company developing technology and products for non-contact testing of wafers.Mr. Brandemuehl's most recent company was FormFactor, Inc. where he was Vice President of Marketing, joining the company in 1998 and driving >50% annual compound annual growth, gaining FormFactor the position of revenue leader in the semiconductor wafer probe market. FormFactor successfully went public in June, 2003. Prior to this, Mr. Brandemuehl was Director of Marketing for yield management software products at at KLA-Tencor, the leading provider of semiconductor process yield management tools. As Director of Sales at Tyecin Systems, a start-up provider of semiconductor fab and test capacity planning software tools, Mr. Brandemuehl was successful in establishing sales at all of the major semiconductor manufacturers in his Eastern United States region. Tyecin Systems was acquired by Manugistics in 1998. Mr. Brandemuehl has an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BSEE from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
